Come Prepared: Please arrive with clean, product-free hair unless your chosen style requires otherwise. This helps us start your appointment smoothly.
Detangling & Prep: If you’re booking protective styles such as braids, twists, or extensions, we encourage you to detangle and stretch your hair beforehand to save time and ensure comfort.
Respect & Courtesy: We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for everyone. A kind and respectful attitude ensures a pleasant experience for both clients and staff.
Quiet & Relaxing Space: To keep the salon calm and comfortable, we recommend limiting phone use during your appointment. We also ask that you avoid bringing extra guests or children unless it has been agreed in advance.
Care for Your Style: After your service, we’ll share simple tips to help you maintain your style and keep it looking fresh for longer.
Health & Comfort: If you have any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time so we can take special care of you.

Late Arrivals
A £20 late fee will apply if you are more than 15 minutes late.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled at our discretion.
